Present Perfect Continuous Tense In Hindi की पहचान –
(i) जब हिंदी क्रियाओं के अंत में ता रहा हूँ / ती रही हूँ / ता रहा है/ते रहे हो /ते रहे हैं रहता है, तब इन क्रियाओं का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi में होता है ।
जैसे – I have been eating.मैं खाता रहा हूँ।
He has been reading.वह पढ़ता रहा है।
(ii) यदि हिंदी क्रियाओं के अंत में रहा हूँ / रही हूँ / रहे हैं / रही हैं / रहे हो / रही हो / रहा है रहे और इनके पहले भूतकालिक समयसूचक शब्द (जैसे – एक घंटे से, दो घंटों से, दो वर्षों से, सुबह से, 9 बजे से, 1990 ई० से इत्यादि) हो, तो इन क्रियाओं का अनुवाद Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi में होगा ।
जैसे – वह सुबह से पढ़ रहा है। He has been reading since morning.
For / Since का प्रयोग –
Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi को पढने से पहले आपको का For/Since का प्रयोग जानना आवश्यक है |
समयसूचक शब्दों के पहले for / since का प्रयोग होता है।
For का प्रयोग –
जब अवधि (अर्थात् कितनी देर से कितने समय से) दी रहती है, तब for का प्रयोग होता है।
जैसे –
एक घंटे से for an hour
चार दिनों से for four days
बहुत दिनों से. for several days
तीन वर्षों से. for three years
Since का प्रयोग –
जब निश्चित समय (किस घड़ी / किस दिन / किस – शुरू होने का समय – starting point) दिया रहता है, तब Since का प्रयोग होता है।
जैसे –
सोमवार से since Monday
सन् 2006 से since 2006
9 बजे से since 9 o’clock
सुबह से since morning
बचपन से since childhood
गत साल से since last year
Affirmative Sentence के लिए –
(a) Subject (he, she, it and other singular) + has + been ing form of verb + object/complement + since/for + time
(b) Subject (I, we, you, they and other plural) + have + been + ing form of verb + object/complement + since / for + time
e.g. (i) She has been writing the novel for two months. वह दो महीने से उपन्यास लिख रही है।
(ii) Tushar has been practicing dance since childhood. तुषार बचपन से डांस का अभ्यास कर रहा है।
(iii) They have been studying English for three hours. वे तीन घण्टे से अंग्रेजी पढ़ रहे हैं।
(iv) The boys have been riding horse for two hours. लड़के दो घण्टे से घुड़सवारी कर रहे हैं।
Negative Sentence के लिए –
(a) Subject (he, she, it and other singular) + has + not + been + ing form of verb + object/complement + since/for+ time
(b) Subject (I, we, you, they and other plural) + have + not been + ing form of verb + object/complement + since/for + time
eg.(i) She has not been writing the novel for two months . वह दो महीने से उपन्यास नहीं लिख रही है।
(ii) Tushar has not been practicing dance since childhood. तुषार बचपन से डांस का अभ्यास नहीं कर रहा है।

e.g. (i) Seema has been playing for four hours. सीमा चार घंटे से खेल रही है।
(ii) Vaibhav has been eating since 7 o’ clock वैभव सात बजे से खा रहा है।
